Well, I think the spandex suits are the best way to keep your inflatable in place. I mean that you have to wear something a bit skin tight ( but not too much and I will explain a bit later in this post ) to hold you deflated beachball in place. You have a lot of options. I used to wear a pair of XXXL footed woman's tights and a spandex leotard. Put since I switch to one piece full bodysuits, my life changed and I never got that big before.
A one piece full bodysuit aka ZENTAI suits are something that cover your entire body head to toes. You can find some variation online like full bodysuit head to toes, no hood and more. If you get a full bodisuit you dont need to zip it all the way. You can leave your head unzipped.
I said skin tight but if you want to get as big as possible you need to understand that the suit cannot be really skin tight. You need to get larger sizes. Larger the size is, bigger you will get. Its logic! You can have it custom made online if you have the budget but there is a few brands that will offer you a nice selection of style, fabric and sizes. If you search a bit there is brands like Morphsuits, Rubies 2nd skins and some chinese online stores. Ebay and amozon are a good place to check or on official brand website. Halloween et online costume stores or even actualy party stores where you can go and try it on.

Morphsuits, hight quality with larger sizes and very stretchable fabic. They have male and female suits put honestly, male one are way larger then the femaile one.

Rubie's 2nd skin suit. They offer fom small to xl. But it depends on the fabric, not alway the same. The shinny fabric stretched a lot more then the mat fabric.
